Why we created Procernus

Having spent decades delivering technology across dozens of products and hundreds of client engagements, our founders repeatedly encountered the same challenge.

Technology was advancing, and we were working with the best products in the market. Yet the harsh truth was that many organisations were not always seeing the benefits that they had been promised.

Too often, those same clients that were sold the dream several years ago were once again looking for something new to solve the same old problems!

What was going wrong?

The technology itself was rarely the only obstacle. Lasting change depends on understanding how the client organisation truly works across its people, processes & technology. Only by understanding where we are, and where we want to be, can we know which levers need to be pulled to get the right results.
